New faces- young actors are growing like mushrooms after the rain. I am not sure, if our small country needs large number of acting schools and if all those actors can make a living. On the other hand even if many actors are constantly complaining about shortage of work, I do have large problem to find available actors if shooting is going on for three days or more.

Ideal actor is when available –not expensive and also the best (as requested by our partners regardless of country of origin). Such actor can be found, but usually he is only free until he get his part. After that it is a different story.
